We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, networking, system security, backups, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.
- Monitor server performance and system health.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
- Configure and manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Monitor storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Manage file servers, print servers, and shared resources.
- Configure and maintain email systems (Microsoft 365/Exchange).
- Implement endpoint security, antivirus, and firewall policies.
- Maintain system documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records.
- Coordinate with network engineers and IT support teams during incidents.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage:

- MCSA (Legacy)
