About the Role
Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and English. Native Hindi speakers will be given preference. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Native Hindi speakers will be given preference.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with Marketplace, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Support customer retention initiatives by delivering excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
