We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who brings strong UI/UX sensibility to the table. This is a hands-on role where you'll own visual output across digital platforms — from brand creatives and social media assets to product interface designs and video content. If you think in pixels, cut timelines like a pro, and understand how users feel when they interact with a screen, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, brochures, and brand collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Develop presentation decks, infographics, and print-ready materials
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
- Produce promotional videos, product demos, and client-facing explainer videos
UI/UX Design
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Design user-centric interfaces with a focus on usability and visual hierarchy
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-development handoff is clean and precise
- Conduct basic UX reviews and suggest improvements to existing digital products

Who You Are
- 2.5+ years of core experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or UI/UX design
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing work across all three areas (mandatory to apply)
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for typography, color, and composition
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Comfortable taking creative briefs and translating them into polished deliverables
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Experience working with a digital agency, SaaS startup, or tech company
- Exposure to brand building from scratch
- Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives (what works in paid ads)
- Familiarity with ONDC, healthcare, or B2G project visuals is a plus
