About the role
We are currently seeking an talented Supply Chain Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in role in overseeing and optimizing our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels to meet demand efficiently, implementing effective inventory control systems, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch.
As an Supply Chain Executive, you will also Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams is crucial to coordinate deliveries and maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve supply chain goals effectively.
In addition, you will be tasked with optimizing warehouse layout and storage space, utilizing advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will oversee the receiving process, ensuring all incoming goods meet quality standards, and manage order fullfillment to meet customer expectations promptly.
Responsibilities
· Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
· Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high
· Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard
· Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
· Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity
· Analysing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place
· Identifying and minimising risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process.
· Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
· Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate equipment needs and schedule shipments.
Candidate requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
· 0-3yrs in Supply Chain Executive roles,
· Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-starter who can work with little supervision
· Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
· Interest in the Food & Beverages industry
Pay: ₹25,146.21 - ₹35,157.86 per month
