Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound leads generated through our brand website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
The role involves engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to understand their requirements, preferences, and intent. You will be expected to provide clear, accurate, and relevant information about our product offerings, including features, applications, pricing range, and availability. Building rapport with customers, addressing their queries effectively, and guiding them through the decision-making process will be key responsibilities.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple interactions efficiently. Maintaining records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback is also an important part of this role.
