Job Description
We are looking for an IT Professional to manage and support our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide IT support to employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain company IT systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Install software updates and security patches.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Monitor system performance and maintain regular data backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
- Understanding of antivirus and system security.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, or ERP systems is an added advantage.
Hiring Terms
- Original 10th or 12th certificates must be submitted at the time of joining.
- 3 months' notice period is applicable after confirmation.
- 1 month probation period.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
