We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator who can take ownership of our social media presence and create engaging, trend-driven content across platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera and appearing in videos/reels, as camera presence is an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Plan and produce reels, short-form videos, posts, stories and creative campaigns.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, promotional videos, interviews and company content.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions and content ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats and viral content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Support employer branding, company promotions and digital marketing initiatives.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or a related role.
- Camera presence is mandatory – candidates should be confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work will be an advantage.
Location Preference
Candidates residing in Mohali or nearby locations will be preferred, as this is an on-site position.
