Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Freelance English Trainer to deliver high-quality coaching for OET (Occupational English Test) and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) candidates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject expertise, and the ability to guide students toward achieving their target scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive OET and IELTS training sessions.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials aligned with exam requirements.
- Assess students' language proficiency and create personalized improvement plans.
- Provide training in all four language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
- Stay updated with the latest OET and IELTS exam patterns and assessment criteria.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their desired scores.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching OET and/or IELTS.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of OET and IELTS exam formats and scoring criteria.
- Experience in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Professional, punctual, and student-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- OET or IELTS trainer certification.
- Experience training healthcare professionals for OET.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve target scores.
