Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Cyber Security & Cloud to drive enterprise sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Cyber Security and Cloud solutions, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Drive business growth by promoting Cyber Security and Cloud solutions to enterprise customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Deliver solution presentations and collaborate with pre-sales teams to design customer solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Cyber Security and Cloud solution sales.
- Prior experience with a Cyber Security company, System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Service Provider (MSP), or IT solutions company is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)
- Network Security & Next-Generation Firewalls
- Email Security
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Zero Trust Security
- Security Operations Center (SOC) & Managed Security Services
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Cloud Security (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
- Security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or DPDP
Required Skills
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about Cyber Security and Cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Cyber Security or Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
