Job Summary :
Assist customers in selecting textile products and provide excellent customer service. Achieve sales targets through effective selling and product knowledge. Maintain showroom displays and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting sarees, dress materials, and textile products.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, designs, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of related products.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing support and ensure accurate product tagging.
- Manage stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and sales procedures.
Eligibility / Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- 0–3 years of experience in retail or textile sales (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
Required Skills:
