Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented B2B Energy Lead Generation Executives to support our Australian Energy Campaign. The role involves engaging with business decision-makers, identifying energy requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for the Energy Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses to identify potential energy-saving opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads for electricity and gas services.
- Engage with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers to understand their current energy arrangements.
- Gather relevant business information and accurately update CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and callbacks for the Energy Sales Team.
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of energy solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and compliance.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leaders and sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Pre-Requisites
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, Appointment Setting, or International BPO.
- Prior experience in Australian Energy Campaigns will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with business decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
