Job Title: Special Educator
Location: One World International School (OWIS), Sarjapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and support students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure inclusive learning practices.
- Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Provide classroom accommodations and intervention strategies to support student success.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- RCI certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of inclusive education practices and learning support strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in international schools and with IB/Cambridge curricula.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
