We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with the sales, business, product, and delivery teams to manage sales flows, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, document business needs, and support smooth handover from sales to execution.
**Role Overview**
As a Business Analyst at Stackera, you will play a key role in the pre-sales and sales operations process. You will help convert client discussions into structured requirements, solution notes, proposals, cost estimates, feature lists, and internal execution documents.
This role is ideal for someone who understands business conversations, can ask the right questions, document requirements clearly, and coordinate between clients, sales, management, and technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Understand client requirements during sales and discovery calls.
* Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, solution documents, and project estimates.
* Convert rough client ideas into structured business requirements.
* Coordinate with technical teams to validate feasibility, timelines, and effort estimates.
* Prepare sales flow documents, project scope, module breakdowns, and delivery handover notes.
* Maintain CRM data, lead status, follow-ups, meeting notes, and client communication records.
* Help define pricing inputs, package details, milestones, and commercial scope.
* Identify missing requirements, unclear expectations, risks, and dependencies before project closure.
* Support client onboarding after deal closure and ensure proper handover to project/product teams.
* Track proposal status, pending clarifications, client feedback, and next actions.
* Assist in creating case studies, capability documents, company profiles, and service decks.
* Work with internal teams to improve sales process, documentation templates, and client communication flow.
**Required Skills**
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Experience in business analysis, pre-sales, sales coordination, or client requirement gathering.
* Ability to understand client needs and convert them into clear documents.
* Good understanding of software services, web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, admin panels, CRM, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
* Ability to prepare proposals, requirement documents, scope notes, and presentations.
* Comfortable working with sales, business, technical, and delivery teams.
* Strong follow-up, coordination, and ownership mindset.
* Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, CRM tools, Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Figma, or similar.
**Good to Have**
* Experience in IT services, software development company, fintech, SaaS, or product consulting.
* Basic understanding of APIs, admin panels, payment systems, crm/erp systems, analytics dashboards, and user journeys.
* Experience preparing proposals, pitch decks, scope of work, or client-facing documents.
* Exposure to lead management, pipelines, sales reporting, and deal tracking.
* Ability to create flowcharts, wireframes, process maps, and business diagrams.

**You will:**
* Work directly with founders, sales teams, and technical leaders.
* Get exposure to fintech, blockchain, trading, payments, CRM, and enterprise software projects.
* Be involved from the first client conversation to final project handover.
* Build strong experience in business analysis, pre-sales, solution consulting, and product documentation.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
