Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate website and digital projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, maintain effective client communication, and support overall project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and track project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met within the defined scope.
- Coordinate project activities and follow up on pending tasks to ensure smooth execution.
2. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned project progress.
- Facilitate internal communication and coordination between teams.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and resolve coordination issues proactively.
3. Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and status communications.
- Address client concerns, feedback, and change requests in a timely and professional manner.
4. Quality Assurance
- Coordinate testing and troubleshooting activities to ensure project quality and functionality.
- Ensure websites and deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and usability expectations.
- Track issues, bugs, and revisions until closure.
5. Content Management
- Assist in updating, organizing, and managing website content.
- Ensure content aligns with project goals, branding guidelines, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with content teams for timely delivery and implementation.
6. Budget and Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining project scope and delivery quality.
- Support reporting and documentation related to project costs and utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of website development and digital project workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- The absolute non-negotiable requirement for today's Junior AI Project Coordinator is the ability to maintain critical human oversight over AI systems while acting as a bridge between technical and business teams. The ideal candidate must possess basic data literacy regarding the AI development lifecycle, allowing them to track model training tasks and translate dense machine learning metrics into plain business updates for non-technical stakeholders.
Crucially, they must completely resist "AI blindness" by enforcing strict human-in-the-loop verification actively auditing, fact-checking, and validating all AI-generated project outputs for accuracy, bias, and data privacy compliance before distribution.

Pay: ₹10,916.77 - ₹60,000.00 per month
