About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Analyst (Back-end Operations) to support our global client operations. This role involves extensive internet research, data mining, and data management while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients via calls and emails, understand their requirements, and manage enquiries effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining records, tracking client interactions through CRM systems, and preparing reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. This position requires a professional approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment while maintaining high-quality standards in backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internet research and gather relevant information for client requirements
- Perform data entry using web-based tools and maintain accurate records
- Research specific products, services, or market-related information as requested
- Compile and organize data in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and CRM systems
- Create presentations, transcriptions, and assist with tasks like reservations and social media management
- Coordinate with clients via email and calls to understand and fulfill their requirements
- Set up meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently
- Maintain an effective tracking system for all enquiries and tasks
- Prepare and share weekly work schedules with the team leader
- Record, monitor, and assess outcomes of assigned tasks
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills (essential for client interaction)
- Strong internet research and information-gathering ability
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and web-based tools
- Ability to compile, organize, and present data effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn AI tools
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
- Willing to work from office in Andheri West, Mumbai
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; advanced skills are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM/CMS tools or eagerness to learn
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
