Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth sales operations to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents
- Maintain customer and sales records accurately
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments
- Update sales reports and MIS data
- Support lead generation and customer relationship activities
- Ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in any stream
- BBA / MBA preferred
Experience:
- 0–2 years in sales support, customer service, or related field

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
