- ServiceNow workflows, Client/Server Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions and UI policies
- Advanced ServiceNow development and system integration work to be done (like Jira to SNOW, for example)
- Good Aptitude/Willingness to work extended shifts
- Good Functional knowledge in Service Now
- Have experience in writing Business Rules, Scripts/Policies, Custom tables
- Have idea on Service Now ITSM, Discovery/APM & CMDB OR HRMS/HAM
- Have knowledge on SNOW integration
- Good communication skills.
