We are seeking an Academic Counsellor to handle student and parent enquiries, manage admissions, follow up with leads, and guide students in selecting suitable tuition programs. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and ensuring smooth academic operations.
Working Hours:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries
- Manage admissions and enrollment processes
- Follow up with leads and prospective students
- Guide parents and students in selecting suitable tuition programs
- Monitor ongoing classes, attendance, and student progress
- Coordinate with faculty members and academic teams
- Ensure smooth academic operations and student support
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, customer support, or the education sector is an added advantage
