A Hospital HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including recruitment of medical/administrative staff, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with healthcare labor laws. They maintain employee records, facilitate performance appraisals, and foster a positive workplace culture to support high-quality patient care.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Execute end-to-end hiring for doctors, nurses, and support staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage employee attendance, leave, and shift scheduling, while processing payroll inputs and benefits.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and health industry regulations, maintaining audit-ready employee documentation.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff to resolve grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and boost employee morale.
- Performance & Training: Coordinate performance appraisal systems and facilitate training sessions for staff development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, PF, and ESIC.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
