Role description
Strong understanding of Java basics (OOP concepts, data types, control structures)
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction)
- Familiarity with Collections Framework (List, Set, Map)
- Basic understanding of Exception Handling and Multithreading
- Basic experience with Spring Framework
- Exposure to Spring Boot for building REST APIs
- Familiarity with Hibernate or JPA
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Basic knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols
- Familiarity with JSON and XML
- Exposure to frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with IDEs like Eclipse IDE or IntelliJ IDEA
- Version control using Git
- Build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Basic unit testing using JUnit
- Debugging skills and code troubleshooting
- Understanding of logging frameworks
