Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and managing all digital platforms to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and property portals
- Generate and optimize real estate leads with cost-effective strategies
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content calendar
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, shoots, and content
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
- Monitor competitors and suggest innovative digital strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & Lead Generation
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
