Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
· Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of HR administration.
· Handling the core functions of the HR department such as Recruitment, Payroll Management, Performance appraisal and Statutory compliance.
· Monitoring the Production, Sales & Marketing, Time office, Transport departments etc.
· Assisting Management regarding grievances of employees & disciplinary issues.
· Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment and replacement as per production plan (Entry to exit Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companys overall development plan.
· Monitoring and executing human resource discipline for ensuring a sound working culture within the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment & Generalist roles.
· Willingness to complete tasks at hand.
· Ability to work independently and lead people.
· Residing in Madurai Only.
· Strong understanding of corporate HR principles, practices, and procedures.
· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
