DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Electrical Systems : Oversee and maintain electrical installations, power distribution panels, generators, and UPS systems, ensuring timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Plumbing and HVAC Systems : Supervise plumbing, drainage, and HVAC operations to ensure optimal functionality, efficient water flow, and temperature control across hospital areas.
· Lifts and Fire Safety Systems : Ensure periodic servicing, testing, and statutory compliance of lifts, fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and fire-fighting systems.
· Civil Maintenance : Monitor building structures, interiors, and external facilities for timely repairs, painting, and overall upkeep of hospital infrastructure.
· STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) : Oversee the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment plant and ensure adherence to environmental norms and safety standards.
· Medical Gases System : Ensure safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) in compliance with hospital safety protocols.
· Water Systems : Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and water quality of overhead and underground water tanks to ensure uninterrupted and safe water supply.
· Facility Audit : Conduct a monthly facility audit covering all engineering and technical systems. Prepare and submit detailed reports with corrective and preventive action plans.
· Documentation & Compliance : Maintain all maintenance-related documentation, calibration records, service reports, AMC details, and ensure compliance with hospital and statutory requirements.
· Breakdown Management : Take prompt corrective and preventive actions for all system breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
· Safety & Emergency Preparedness : Participate in fire drills, emergency preparedness programs, and ensure all systems are operational during emergencies.
Support & Training : Provide 24x7 technical support as required for hospital operations and conduct training sessions for junior maintenance staff.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
