At ProMiller Hospitality Management LLP, we’re looking for a highly driven, analytical, and execution-focused professional to join our Founder’s Office.
This role is designed for someone who wants exposure to business strategy, hospitality management, asset management, business development, strategic partnerships, and high-impact decision-making.
You’ll work directly with the founder on growth initiatives, market research, business development opportunities, presentations, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and strategic projects that contribute to the company’s growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting market research and business analysis
- Supporting business growth and expansion initiatives
- Preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and strategic documents
- Attending meetings, preparing summaries, and tracking key action items
- Coordinating with hotel owners, partners, clients, and internal teams
- Supporting partnership discussions and business development efforts
- Assisting in the execution of founder-led strategic projects
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Project Management, Executive Assistance, Business Development, or related roles.
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong internships, leadership experience, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
