Job Description: -
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in quality control, product testing, and analysis within the dairy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct routine chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy products.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications, and food safety norms.
· Maintain proper documentation of test results and prepare reports as per company guidelines.
· Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
· Develop, validate, and implement testing methods for quality assurance.
· Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
· Monitor hygiene and safety protocols within the laboratory.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
· 5-8 years of overall experience in the Lab Chemist of an FMCG company.
· Open to Hathras as a location
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, food safety standards, and ISO guidelines.
· Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
