Position- HSE Lead
Experience- 9-10 Years experience in Construction/Industrial projects.
Education Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate in Industrial Safety OR Graduation/Engineering Diploma ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)/PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from State Board of Technical Education
Ø Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare and review site HSE plan, JHA/JSA and risk assessment.
· Ensure safety inspection of work method, machinery, tools, tackles, construction power generation and distribution system etc.
· Plan for safety campaign and competition to promote safety culture at workplace.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HSE concerns in project planning and execution phases.
· Identify the need of HSE trainings and awareness initiatives for employees.
· Develop training materials, conduct safety drills and ensure employees understand emergency procedures.
· Ensure readiness of first aid, basic firefighting and rescue equipment.
· Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to identify root causes.
· Manage all required documentation, daily checks and reports for the HSE Management System.
· Prepare and timely submit MIS report.

· Strong leadership and communication.
· Proficient in risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
· Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction/engineering sector.
· Excellent communication skills to conduct training, prepare reports, and collaborate with workers, contractors, and management.
· Ability to handle emergency situations and ensure that safety procedures are followed in high-pressure environments.
· Strong problem-solving, decision making skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
· Proficiency in using safety management software and other tools for inspections, reports, and safety tracking.
Language- Must be able to communicate in English
Pay: ₹67,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month
