Role Overview
As a Travel Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of confirmed travel bookings. From coordinating with hotels and global partners to preparing travel documents and ensuring hassle-free client journeys, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences. Also, you will be getting opportunities to travel often.
Key Responsibilities Travel Operations
- Manage complete execution of international holiday packages assigned to you.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and other travel services.
- Liaise with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partners for timely confirmations.
- Monitor bookings to ensure smooth travel execution.
Documentation & Itinerary Management
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, vouchers, confirmation letters, and operational documents.
- Verify booking accuracy and maintain error-free documentation.
- Maintain organized records of all operational files and travel documents.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely confirmations and quality service.
- Coordinate efficiently to resolve operational challenges.
Client Support
- Provide pre-departure assistance and travel guidance to clients.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, emergencies, and last-minute requests professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience from booking to return.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel operations.
- Hands-on experience handling International Holiday Packages is an add-on.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of international destinations.
- Experience in itinerary planning and package operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings while meeting deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C or luxury travel operations.
- Familiarity with CRM or travel management systems.
