Job Title: Zoho Developer – Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer – Team Lead to lead and mentor our Zoho development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, third-party integrations, and API development, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Zoho developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on Zoho Creator.
- Implement and customize solutions on Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho HRMS, and Zoho Catalyst.
- Develop workflows, custom functions, webhooks, and automation across Zoho apps.
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using APIs, middleware, and webhooks.
- Create and manage API requests and testing using Postman.
- Provide technical guidance to the team on API development, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with:
- Zoho Creator (custom app development, deluge scripting)
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho HRMS, Zoho Catalyst
- Strong understanding of Zoho platform limitations and workarounds.
- Experience in integrating Zoho with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficient in creating and consuming webhooks and working with middleware tools.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and debugging.
- Working knowledge of Java or Python (good to have).
- Ability to mentor and guide a development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
