We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive who is passionate about client engagement, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, networking events, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Meet homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients to identify business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design and custom furniture solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and professional product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until successful project closure.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build long term relationships with clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Interiors, Furniture, Real Estate, Construction, Home Décor, Building Materials, or Modular Furniture will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Valid two wheeler and driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
