Summary:
We are a growing epublishing and digital conversion company seeking 2 energetic freshers to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will source and nurture clients from the US and Europe, promote our epublishing services, and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to start their career in international sales, work with global clients, and grow in the digital publishing industry. No prior experience required—we provide full training!
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for potential international clients, responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our services, and closing sales deals. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our client base in North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients in the US and Europe using LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
Pitch epublishing and digital conversion services to authors, publishers, educational institutions, and businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients for long-term partnerships.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Track client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with content and technical teams to understand client requirements.
Monitor epublishing market trends to refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (freshers welcome).
Language: Excellent written and verbal English (essential for US/Europe client communication).
Sales Skills:
Basic understanding of sales concepts; strong willingness to learn and grow in business development.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, and basic computer skills (CRM training provided).
Soft Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Professional, confident, and resilient.
Good research and organizational skills
Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST regularly.
Preferred (Not mandatory):
Internship experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach.
Basic knowledge of epublishing, digital media, or content services.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital outreach strategies.
