Food & Beverage Service:
- Greet guests warmly and understand their food and beverage preferences.
- Suggest suitable menu items based on guest tastes and café offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Prepare and serve beverages as per café standards.
- Communicate preparation and service turnaround times professionally to guests.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure high service quality throughout the dining experience.
- Collect guest feedback and encourage positive online reviews to enhance property visibility.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly inventory reports for crockery, cutlery, and service equipment
- Report any breakage or losses promptly as per internal guidelines.
- Support revenue generation through effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure the café area is clean, organised, and guest-ready as per meal timings.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Guest Interaction & Hospitality:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Brief guests about the property, room amenities, and available services.
- Assist with guest luggage and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Note- Food and lodging will be provided to out-stationed candidates

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
