### Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations on our secure technical campaign floor, ensuring all performance KPIs are met consistently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network communication channels and system workflows to prevent downtime.
- Adhere strictly to company security, data privacy, and clean-desk policies on the operations floor.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to consistently improve compliance and output standards.
- Report operational metrics, system logs, and campaign status updates to floor management daily.
### Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech, BCA, BSc-IT, or relevant technical background is a major plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an international BPO, technical support, or customer lifecycle management role. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (essential for US campaign alignment).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), remote desktop monitoring tools, and standard operating systems.
- Availability: Must be fully comfortable working on-site at our Vibhuti Khand facility during fixed night shifts.

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000.00 - 25,000 Gross per month (structured with Basic Pay, HRA, and Flexi Benefit Plan).
