About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for our clients. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and has a proven track record of delivering strong ROAS across multiple accounts and industries.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Build and present performance reports using GA4, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting tools
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel/CAPI
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong command of GA4, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ across multiple client accounts
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel implementation
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Google Ads certification (required); Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for client reporting and team collaboration
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot
Experience in industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, finance, or real estate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
