We are hiring a Junior Customer Service Executive to support our e-commerce customer service operations as part of our India expansion. The role involves handling customer queries and ensuring smooth order and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide basic product information and support
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing system
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in customer service or related role
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer and email/chat handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- E-commerce experience is an advantage
