Job Title: Head – Purchase | Hailstone
Key Responsibilities (10 Points):
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals and annual business targets.
- Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management to ensure cost, quality, and reliability.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out items, and services to support uninterrupted production and project execution.
- Establish strong supplier relationships and long-term partnerships for critical components and services.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to proactively plan procurement strategies.
- Implement and strengthen procurement policies, processes, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Stores, Finance, and Quality teams for effective cross-functional planning.
- Lead and develop the purchase team by setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and building procurement capabilities.
- Drive digitalization, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision making for improved procurement efficiency and transparency.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
