- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee performance evaluation and follow-up on appraisal processes
- Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee data
- Maintain employee files, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR records
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in maintaining discipline, employee relations, and workplace communication
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to hiring, attendance, and employee data
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Handle office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and vendor coordination
- Maintain housekeeping, office maintenance, and general workplace upkeep
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, travel bookings, and other administrative activities
- Keep records of office assets, inventory, and admin-related bills/documents
- Support management in organizing meetings, office arrangements, and internal coordination
- Coordinate with different departments for operational and administrative requirements
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of HR and admin documents
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
