Key Responsibilities
- Handle partner reconciliation, ensuring per-loan-level principal and income matching.
- Collaborate with FL-DG partnerships to ensure smooth financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Work closely with partner accounts teams for timely reconciliation and resolve tax-related or process-related queries.
- Manage coordination with auditors (statutory and internal), bankers, and regulatory bodies for quarterly and annual audits.
- Prepare and deliver inputs for board presentations, quarterly/annual reports, and AGMs.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines relevant to NBFC operations.
- Track investments and returns, ensuring alignment with internal targets.
- Monitor monthly income vs. costs compared to budgets and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and tech teams during onboarding of new partners and while developing/testing new LMS logics.
- Work with the Business team to conduct financial due diligence of potential partners.
- Represent the Finance team’s perspective in all inter-departmental initiatives and decision-making processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an NBFC environment with exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in managing FL-DG partnerships and processes.
- Expertise in unsecured digital personal loan products and associated financial reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems and partner collaboration.
