- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, energy, and a passion for customer service.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.
