- Sales & Business Development: Driving bookings for rooms, banquets, and events, focusing on market penetration and growth.

- Market Analysis: Providing insights on economic trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics.
- Team Coordination: Assisting the Sales Manager with daily activities, performance monitoring, and strategy implementation.
- Marketing Support: Contributing to sales campaigns, understanding hotel database, and analyzing trends.
