We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta while also building the organic presence of the brand.
This role is focused on generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, creating growth strategies, and building a strong online presence for 3Sigma CRM.
We are not looking for someone who only manages social media posting or boosts posts. This is a performance-driven execution role.
Responsibilities Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and demo bookings
- Improve CPL, lead quality, and campaign performance
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, hooks, and audiences
- Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign metrics and daily performance
- Scale profitable campaigns systematically
- Coordinate landing pages and conversion funnels
- Handle pixel setup, conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and CAPI integrations
Organic Brand Growth
- Build and grow organic presence on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan content strategy for SaaS and B2B audience
- Work on reels, creatives, carousels, and educational content
- Improve brand positioning and trust online
- Create content around CRM, automation, lead generation, sales systems, and business growth
- Maintain consistent brand communication
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Suggest creative directions for ads and content
- Research competitors and market trends
- Continuously test new marketing angles and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on CPL and conversion quality
- Understanding of:
