What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage our stalls at events and pop-up stores across Bangalore
- Transport and manage inventory from our office hub to event locations
- Engage with customers and confidently explain products
- Drive sales and maximize revenue during events
- Handle billing and basic inventory tracking
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team
What We OfferFixed Salary
₹25,000 per month
Uncapped Commission
10% commission on every sale you generate.
There is no cap on earnings.
Typical earnings:
- ₹35,000–₹50,000/month for strong performers
- ₹50,000–₹75,000/month for top performers
- ₹1,00,000+/month is achievable during high-volume event seasons

Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates or final-year students
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking with strangers
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable handling inventory and being on your feet during events
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not required
- Fluent English required; Hindi and Kannada are a plus
