What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Strategy & Ideas:
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities weekly
- Pitch new marketing and sales ideas directly to the founder
- Identify untapped channels — communities, platforms, partnerships
- Build campaign strategies for student acquisition, B2B clients, and international markets
Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Create content that converts — not just content that looks good
- Run outreach campaigns — cold emails, DMs, WhatsApp broadcasts
- Build and manage lead funnels from awareness to conversion
- Experiment with AI tools to automate and scale marketing output
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Generate qualified leads for ConnektSphere's services — websites, AI automation, digital marketing, internships
- Reach out to potential clients — Indian SMBs, colleges, international businesses
- Pitch ConnektSphere's services via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Follow up consistently and move leads through the pipeline
- Track and report weekly revenue contribution
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance — what's working, what's not
- Report weekly: leads generated, conversions, revenue impact
- Suggest improvements based on data — not gut feeling alone
You're the Right Fit If You...:
- Are obsessed with results — not just activities
- Have ideas constantly and hate waiting for permission to try them
- Know how to use AI tools — ChatGPT, Canva AI, Apollo, Clay, or similar — to work faster
- Can write a cold email, a LinkedIn DM, and a WhatsApp broadcast that actually gets replies
- Understand the basics of digital marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation
- Are comfortable being on calls or video pitches with potential clients
- Can commit to weekly targets — not just show up and see what happens
- Learn fast, adapt faster, and never say "that's not my job"
Skills We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Willingness to do cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
- Ability to research, plan, and execute independently
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and research
Strong Plus:
- Experience with lead generation tools — Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of performance marketing — Meta Ads, Google Ads basics
- Prior sales or BD experience — even informal
- Understanding of B2B sales and client pitching
- Experience running Instagram or LinkedIn pages with real growth

A Week in Your Life Here:
- Monday: Submit weekly growth ideas + campaign plan to founder
- Tuesday–Thursday: Execute campaigns, run outreach, follow up on leads
- Friday: Report results — leads, conversions, revenue impact, learnings
- Ongoing: Test new tools, explore new channels, bring new idea
