InduBindu is hiring a Fashion Customer Care & E-commerce Executive to manage customer support, order processing, and daily e-commerce operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-friendly, and passionate about fashion and online retail.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and website chat
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, orders, exchanges, and returns
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with courier and warehouse teams for shipment-related issues
E-commerce Operations
- Manage and process daily website orders
- Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and product details
- Coordinate with catalog, dispatch, and packaging teams
- Monitor order status, returns, exchanges, and COD confirmations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on website and marketplaces
Marketplace & Backend Management
- Work on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product information
- Track sales reports and order performance
- Help improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Organized, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer conversations
- Interest in fashion and women’s ethnic wear
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support or e-commerce operations
- Knowledge of Shopify or marketplace seller panels
- Basic Excel and order management skills
- Understanding of fashion sizing and apparel products
Pay: ₹9,742.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
