MSR Transport is a logistics company providing full truck service and transportation solutions across India.
We are looking for experienced logistics professionals who can independently handle transport operations and customer coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Arrange trucks for customer requirements
- Negotiate freight rates with truck owners and transporters
- Coordinate vehicle placement and dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Follow up for PODs and freight bills
- Prepare and verify transport documentation
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status
- Handle outstanding follow-up and collection coordination
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints
- Support business development activities
Skills Required
- Experience in Transport / Logistics Operations
- Knowledge of FTL/PTL operations
- Knowledge of LR, POD and freight billing
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- MS Excel and Email proficiency
Preferred Candidate
- Age 23-35 years
- 2-3 years experience in Transport / Logistics Industry
- Ability to independently manage branch operations
- Tamil & Hindi speaking skills required; English preferred.
