We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in international markets (USA, UK, Australia). The ideal candidate is an email outreach expert with proven experience in cold emailing, lead generation, and executing high-volume campaigns (10k+ emails/day) with strong open rates. Additionally, the candidate should have strong experience in Upwork-based client acquisition and business development.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, managing B2B and B2C sales cycles, executing email marketing campaigns, and generating business through Upwork and other outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, Australia).
- Drive revenue through sales of IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing (mandatory).
- Perform proactive outreach mainly via Upwork.
- Generate qualified leads and acquire clients through Upwork by identifying relevant projects, submitting proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage the complete Upwork sales cycle, including bidding, proposal writing and client communication.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales cycles effectively.
- Develop customized sales strategies based on market conditions and client segments.
- Create compelling proposals, sales pitches, and value-driven solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track international market trends.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, reports, and follow-ups using CRM and sales management tools.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in cold emailing, lead generation, and high-volume email campaigns (10k+ emails/day) with strong open rates.
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and a proven track record of generating leads, winning projects, and acquiring international clients.
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, proposal writing, profile optimization, and client relationship management.
- Experience working with international markets (USA, UK, Australia).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Upwork, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
