We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting inspections, monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to meet company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and testing of products and processes.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical, Production, or relevant discipline)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
