Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and driving measurable business growth through data-backed marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns achieve target KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaign assets and messaging.
Conduct advanced A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve campaign outcomes.
Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, pacing, and performance optimization across accounts.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution setup, and reporting through analytics and tracking tools.
Prepare detailed performance reports and confidently present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
Previous experience working in a media, digital marketing, or advertising agency.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Good to Have
Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and landing page optimization.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms.
