Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Python, Java, or Full Stack Trainer to deliver industry-relevant technical training in colleges. The ideal candidate will focus on strengthening programming fundamentals and preparing students for entry-level careers in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training in Python, Java, or Full Stack Development.
- Build strong foundations in programming, data structures, and object-oriented concepts.
- Design lesson plans, assignments, and real-world projects aligned with industry standards.
- Prepare students for internships, interviews, and entry-level tech roles.
- Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and provide structured feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate with colleges and academic teams for smooth training delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training Python, Java, or Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
- Python: Django, Flask
- Java: Core Java, Spring Boot
- Full Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, MySQL/MongoDB
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in campus training or the EdTech industry.
- Relevant technical certifications.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
