- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with departments including Export, Production, Quality, Accounts, HR, and Dispatch.
- Maintain office records, files, and company documentation.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist with purchase orders, office supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative work.
