Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Private Chef for a family based in dwarka. The role involves preparing fresh, healthy, and high-quality meals on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine, along with the ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes and focus on nutritious meal planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner
- Plan weekly menus based on family preferences and nutritional requirements
- Cook a variety of Indian, Continental, and multi-cuisine dishes
- Ensure meals are healthy, balanced, and freshly prepared
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
- Manage grocery planning and sourcing of fresh ingredients
- Adapt meals as per dietary preferences or health requirements
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Private Chef or in professional kitchens
- Strong expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine
- Knowledge of healthy cooking and nutrition-based meals
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable to client preferences
